Plaintiffs' Motion to File Out of Time
UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

Plaintiffs pro se, | Judge Charles R. Richey

The United States, et. al. |
Defendants. |
PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE
OUT OF TIME
PLAINTIFFS' OPPOSITION TO
DEFENDANTS'
MOTION TO DISMISS
OR FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
Owing to unexpected circumstances including, but not limited
to, the necessity of filing papers in Thomas v. Clinton, USDC 95-
1018, plaintiffs have been unable to complete their opposition to
defendants' motions to dismiss and for summary judgement until
today.
Obviously this filing is crucial to plaintiffs, and late
filing will not prejudice defendants.
In the interests of justice plaintiffs hereby move for leave
to file their opposition out of time.
A proposed Order is attached.
Respectfully submitted this 7th day of June, 1995.
