ORDER

The Court is in receipt of the Defendants' "Motion to Dismiss all Claims Against Defendants Richard Robbins, Stephen O'Neill and Andrew Keness and all claims for Money Damages," as well as the Plaintiffs' "Motion to Reconsider Denial of Plaintiffs' Application for a TRO, or, alternatively to Dismiss the Complaint as Frivolous," which were both filed with the Court today.

As the parties are aware, a hearing is scheduled for January 12, 1995 at 2:00 p.m. on the Plaintiffs' Motion for a Preliminary Injunction and the merits of the above-captioned case. The Court recalls that at the January 6, 1995 hearing on the Plaintiffs' application for a Temporary Restraining Order, Plaintiff William Thomas represented that the Plaintiffs might need additional time to perform discovery. Accordingly, in view of the foregoing, and in order to afford both parties the time to respond in writing to the motions filed today, it is, by the Court this 11th day of January, 1995,

ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for January 6, 1995 at 2:00 p.m. on the Plaintiffs' Motion for a Preliminary Injunction and on
