MOTION FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME WITHIN WHICH TO ADDRESS
DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO DISMISS

On January 11, 1995 the Court Ordered plaintiffs to respond to the Motion to Dismiss, filed by defendants on the same date, by 4:00 p.m. today.

It is apparent that plaintiffs will not be able to meet that deadline, and hereby move the Court to extend the time for plaintiffs to address defendants' pleading until 4:00 p.m. on January 24, 1995.

A Proposed Order is attached.
