MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME

By Order entered August 7, 1995 the Court directed defendants to file an Opposition to the Plaintiffs' Motion for Partial Reconsideration of the Court's April 12, 1995 Order on or before August 11, 1995, and that plaintiffs should file any Reply by August 18.

Pursuant to a Motion for an Enlargement of Time (filed August 11, 1995), 1995 defendants filed their Opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for Partial Reconsideration on August 14th.

Plaintiffs did not receive a copy of defendants' Opposition until late afternoon on August 17th. Consequently, plaintiffs have had insufficient time to prepare a Reply by August 18, 1995.

Therefore plaintiffs respectfully request an extension of time in which they may file a Reply to Defendants' Opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for Partial Reconsideration.

A Proposed Order is Attached.

Respectfully submitted,
