DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR AN ENLARGEMENT OF TIME

Defendants' Respectfully move, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(b), an additional enlargement of time of one business day, to and including July 25, 1995 within which to file their response to plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment. This brief additional enlargement is requested in order to finalize an affidavit being filed in support of defendants' response. Counsel for defendants regrets this additional delay, and does not anticipate the need for any addional extensions with respect to this filing.

WHEREFORE, defendants respectfully request that the time within which they may file their response to plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment be enlarged up to and including July 24, 1995. Pursuant to Local Rule 108(m), counsel for defendant attempted to contact plaintiff William Thomas by telephone concerning this requested enlargement, and left a message for hi with plaintiff Ellen Thomas, who seemed to indicate consent to this relief.
