ORDER

Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P 30(b)(4) Plaintiffs have moved the Court to take Depositions by Other than Stenographic Means. Accordingly, upon consideration of Plaintiffs' Motion, to expedite meaningful access to the fact-finding system, it is, by the Court, this ____ day of January, 1995,

ORDERED that plaintiffs are hereby permitted to take depositions in the above entitled matter by video and audio tape, and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that, from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.on January 31, 1995, Room Number ____ in the Federal District Courthouse, 400 John Marshall Place N.W. Washington will be made available to plaintiffs in which to conduct depositions, and it is,

FURTHER ORDERED, that on January 26, 1995, the U.S. Marshal's Service shall permit Plaintiffs' to bring a video camera and audio recorder into the Federal Courthouse, 400 John Marshall Place N.W. Washington for the purpose of conducting the aforesaid depositions.
