WE ARE PLEASED BY YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS EXPERIMENT IN SELF- RULE, AND LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR ACTIVE PARTICIPATION, WITHOUT WHICH THE EXPERIMENT IS DOOMED TO FAILURE.

Because the idea here is to encourage the open sharing of information, those making submissions are assumed to grant permission to reprint your submissions in newsletters, electronic transmissions, etc. If you have some problem with this policy, please indicate as much, IN CAPITALS, at the beginning of your submission.

Until a conference moderator and mail routing system are established, all submissions should be input through the dialogue boxes addressed to prop1@prop1.org, or sent to prop1@uujobs.com
