WE ARE PLEASED BY YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS EXPERIMENT IN SELF-
RULE, AND LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR ACTIVE PARTICIPATION, WITHOUT WHICH
THE EXPERIMENT IS DOOMED TO FAILURE.
Because the idea here is to encourage the open sharing of
information, those making submissions are assumed to grant
permission to reprint your submissions in newsletters, electronic
transmissions, etc. If you have some problem with this policy,
please indicate as much, IN CAPITALS, at the beginning of your
submission.
Until a conference moderator and mail routing system are
established, all submissions should be input through the dialogue
boxes addressed to prop1@prop1.org, or sent to prop1@uujobs.com

* Information should be fully documented, naming the source of
the information. This requirement is not only for your legal
protection, but so this service can be looked to as a reliable

* Please hold speculation and elaboration on the facts to a
minimum. It will be less confusing to the whole if individual
contributors do not confuse their opinions with the facts of any
given situation.
* The moderator reserves the right not to post information
insufficiently documented. This requirement is for messages
which make factual claim about specific incidents and does not
apply to opinions, which can be posted without documentation.
* If you are going to make claims of fact concerning specific
plans, projects, processes, situations, historical events, or
whatever, you will need to provide supporting documentation in
the form of news articles, government or institutional or
individual reports, studies, legal documents, etc. Such

site WILL NOT be used as a rumor mill. In the unlikely event
that the moderator decides a submission is unsuitable for
inclusion, that decision may be appealed by posting the
submission to the FORUM section, where it will be open for group
discussion.
